Designed and implemented test strategies for custom software for corporate clients.

Responsibilities: Participated in requirements gathering. Created and maintained quality assurance documentation, XML, SQL database test data, and Web and FTP sites on Windows NT and 2000 servers. Created, maintained, and executed manual and automated UI tests using Rational Robot, component level tests using VB test applications and a custom COM object method test tool, and data integrity tests from UI to SQL databases. Responsibilities: Planned, created, executed, and maintained test set for the OrCAD Component Information System (CIS) program and supporting documentation. Communicated with other product groups regarding integration and consistency.

Applications Engineer for Capture Product (May 1997 – Apr 1998)

Responsibilities: Represented the customer during development process, assisted Technical Support with high-level problems, assisted Sales with technical issues, translated customer data from older versions of the OrCAD schematic capture product to current on a contract basis, consulted customers in implementation of OrCAD Capture EE, trained Technical Support personnel for new product releases, reviewed and maintained online services for OrCAD Capture and Capture EE.

Technical Support Engineer (Aug 1994 – Apr 1997)

Responsibilities: Provided phone and email support to domestic and international customers and VARs, represented the customer during the development process, and assisted Sales with technical issues.
